Starting small, growing big.
During my childhood, I had the unique experience of residing on a houseboat, where the bustling morning routines of commuters on their way to work always captivated me. Motivated by the vibrant energy around me, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey that began with nothing more than a card table and a hand-drawn sign that read "Geoff's coffee and juice bar". As word spread and demand grew, my little business expanded, prompting me to relocate to a service window and establish a more diverse menu. What initially started with serving coffee and juice soon evolved into offering delectable donuts and an array of mouth watering pastries. The aroma of freshly baked goods mingled with the gentle breeze from the water, enticing passersby to indulge in the delightful treats I had to offer on their way to the parking lot above.

"Second Wind" came to me in a dream, offering the perfect name for my business after a prolonged search. It aligns with my love for sailing and signifies the strength to persevere and excel with less effort.
